I'm going to try firing up the blog again for 2016, especially the nature/landscape side of things. It is in desperate need of a redesign so I will be working on that while shooting for KSTV.

Kentucky Volleyball hosts the First and Second Rounds of the NCAA Tournament this weekend. Coach Skinner was on hand at the UK Hoops vs. Miami game in Memorial yesterday to promote the event. Wildcats Jackie Napper, Shelby Workman and Kelsey Wolf participated in a contest with some special partners during halftime.

This kid was a ringer!

Come out and support UKVB on Friday. You won't find a better entertainment value this weekend!

Exciting news for Kentucky Volleyball today as the Wildcats learned they will host the First and Second Rounds of the NCAA Tournament at Memorial Coliseum. Kentucky earned a No. 16 seed in the tournament and will face East Tennessee State in the First Round on Friday at 7:30 p.m. ET.

Here are some shots from the regular season home finale. The Wildcats put the emotions of Senior Day aside and rolled to a 3-1 win over the Georgia Bulldogs.

I was working with a brand new camera as well as a new lens, but managed to get a few keepers. Hopefully I'll get adjusted and have it all figured out by spring! The shot above is what some photographers like to call a "happy accident." Thanks to the Wildcat who helped make this my favorite unintentional shot ever. :)
